Carrefour’s partnership with Loop brings reusability to everyday grocery shopping, seamlessly integrating returnable packaging into French supermarkets. From pantry staples to household essentials, customers can now shop familiar products in durable, refillable containers designed to be returned, cleaned, and reused.

As lead creative, I directed photography and content creation while acting as brand guardian across packaging, POS, digital, and social assets. This included packaging updates to ensure consistency across SKUs, in-store POSM (posters, shelf talkers, return kiosks), digital campaign design (landing pages, CRM, paid media), and social rollouts to engage customers across touchpoints. I created scalable toolkits for Carrefour teams and coached partners to align with Loop’s global brand standards while tailoring executions for the French market.

The work highlighted Loop’s deposit and return system through clear iconography and visual cues, making reuse intuitive and convenient. By uniting in-store, digital, and social storytelling, the campaign helped Carrefour position itself as a leader in sustainable retail while ensuring the initiative felt premium, accessible, and ready for mainstream adoption.
